Small Group Training
Our mission is to help people get better every day by providing a safe and fun environment that fosters positive growth and change. We build better humans inside the walls of our gym so they can be better humans outside the walls of our gym.
How Do I Sign Up?
1. Consultation- Let's talk!
We want to get a deeper understanding of what you are looking to achieve from a workout program. We will then take you through a joint by joint assessment to help us match you with the membership that is right for you.
2. Personal Training
Personal training sessions are essential regardless of fitness level or experience. We want to familiarize you with our environment, coaching staff and all of the movements group class exposes you to. This will ensure you are comfortable and competent when you take that first class.
3. Small Group Training
Our small group setting allows you to continue working closely with a coach on your specific goals with the company of 3 other crew members. You will get the feel of our community with continued customized programming.
